You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us at hello@intuitievcurrents.com that you no longer wish to use our Services and wish to terminate your account.
If, in our sole judgment, you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service or the Code of Conduct, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of any dispute between the parties arising out of or in connection with this Agreement other than with respect to the termination thereof, the following dispute resolution process will apply unless the parties otherwise agree in writing: (a) the parties must initially attempt to resolve the dispute through collaborative negotiation; and (b) if the dispute cannot be resolved through collaborative negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute arising, the parties may between themselves agree to submit the particular matter to mediation in accordance with the laws of the state of New York. Unless the parties agree otherwise in writing, the mediation under this section will be held in New York; (c) Any dispute between the parties that cannot be resolved by mediation shall be settled and determined by a Court of competent jurisdiction in New York, NY.
